The Story

We were never meant to build alone.

Long before competition, gatekeeping and working in isolation became common, our communities lived by the principles of Ubuntu: I am because we are. We shared knowledge, opened doors for one another and understood that when one person or organisation grows, the whole community becomes stronger.

Today, this spirit is needed more than ever. Many organisations are doing extraordinary work, but they often operate alone, holding valuable knowledge, relationships and opportunities without a trusted space in which to share them.

Apply Warm brings organisations together on equal ground. Everyone enters ready to give, receive and grow together. Organisations can share trusted information, make warm introductions, exchange lessons and support one another's work.
